ONE THING TO NEVER FORGET
Be Thankful
everything you desire
If you did, what would there be
to look forward to?
for it gives you the opportunity to learn
During those times you grow
Because they give you opportunities for
improvement
Because it will build your strength and character
they will teach you valuable lessons
because it means you’ve made an effort
A life of rich fulfilment comes to those
who are also thankful for the setbacks
and they will become your blessings.
Do It Before Tomorrow Comes
Maybe today, that person still wants to be your friend .
And if u don’t, tomorrow can be too late .
If you’re in love with somebody ,but that person doesn’t know… tell her/him.
Maybe today, that person is also in love with you .
And if you don’t say it,tomorrow can be too late .
If you really want to kiss somebody… kiss her/him.
Maybe that person wants a kiss from you, too .
And if you don’t kiss her/him today, tomorrow can be too late .
If you still love a person that you think has forgotten you… tell her/him.
Maybe that person have always loved you.
And if you don’t tell her/him today , tomorrow can be too late.
If you need a hug of someone…ask her/him for it.
Maybe they need it more than you do.
And if you don’t ask for it today, tomorrow can be too late.
If you really have friends who you appreciate… tell them.
Maybe they appreciate you as well.
That if you don’t and they leave or go far away today , tomorrow can be too late.
If you love your parents, and never had the chance to show them…do it .
Maybe you have them there to show them how you feel.
That if you don’t and they leave today , then tomorrow can be too late.
Autumn, Thee Lovely...
Perhaps 'twas destiny that stole its youth,
Autumn was never privy to the truth,
grown barren by He who weaves,
too early for snow, too late for leaves.
Oft it wore a counterfeit smile,
imploring the bounties of Summer wild,
to allay its advance from green to brown,
before its final journey to the ground.
Promises of slow demise never kept,
as red Autumn shed, she plaintively wept,
till Winter perplexed queried,
why Fall was so wanton-wearied?
'Willst thou then lend me snow? '
Winter alarmed at this ignoble show,
stripped off Autumn's remaining bower,
she lay undressed, like a jilted lover.
Yet 'ere His Worship, tipped the Horn
fruits ripened unafraid of being summer born,
Earth bloomed into corn's ears,
Rain fell to soothe the season's fears.
Still today we hear the Horn play,
in its music we see the well-fed sway,
and sleep 'neath a mellow Sun over field,
amidst once vagrant, now fragrant Autumn yield.
A Special World
A special world for you and me
A special bond one cannot see
It wraps us up in its cocoon
And holds us fiercely in its womb.
Its fingers spread like fine spun gold
Gently nestling us to the fold
Like silken thread it holds us fast
Bonds like this are meant to last.
And though at times a thread may break
A new one forms in its wake
To bind us closer and keep us strong
In a special world, where we belong.

In The Stillness
and his truth therein.
I hear his voice in
The whispering wind.
I gaze upon the mountaintops
and I see his majesty.
I walk through the woods
and feel his presence deep within myself.
I stand in awe of the world in which I live,
and in the stillness, I know he is God.
